Responsibilities

• Providing support to customers with travel, insurance, and medical assistance.
• Providing support through phone calls and email.
• Coordinating with internal departments and related parties.
• Taking care of inquiries and answering questions.

Qualifications

• Native Cambodians who speak Khmer with a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Living in  Cambodia and can work from home in Cambodia.
• Very good in English.
• Flexible person.
• Can work as a shift and start work immediately.
• Must own a laptop or PC.
• Good Internet connection.
• Appropriate and quiet space for the working station.
