Our client provides equipment and services for printing in the label, flexible packaging, folding carton, and corrugated industries. .
Job details
- Provide customer support to both customers and agents.
- Handle general customer requests, including parts orders and deliveries.
- Manage all new spare parts requests and orders.
- Monitor and manage all part requests until completion.
- Oversee import documents and related processes.
- Respond to customer enquiries - orders, deliveries, invoicing, and collections.
Requirements
- Female, not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in customer service, administration, or import.
- Good command of English.
- Having SAP skills will be an advantage.
