Our client provides equipment and services for printing in the label, flexible packaging, folding carton, and corrugated industries. . 

Job details

• Provide customer support to both customers and agents.
• Handle general customer requests, including parts orders and deliveries.
• Manage all new spare parts requests and orders.
• Monitor and manage all part requests until completion.
• Oversee import documents and related processes. 
• Respond to customer enquiries - orders, deliveries, invoicing, and collections.

Requirements

• Female, not over 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree or higher in a related field.
• At least 2-3 years experiences in customer service, administration, or import.
• Good command of English.
• Having SAP skills will be an advantage.
