Job Responsibilities

  • Creating a dynamic role requires individuals to handle assignments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Supporting Category buyers in sourcing, strategy development, executing bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with the legal team.
  • Supporting Category buyers to maximize the company’s cost reduction opportunities in various purchasing activities with the best possible terms and condition.
  • Ensuring procurement processes are transparent, ethical and compliant with legal requirements and compliance policies.
  • Supporting the on-site project delivery.
  • Ensuring a periodical review of supply quality.
  • Acting as the liaison between stakeholders, finance and accounting.
  • Supporting all other purchasing tasks/projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • A dynamic role that requires individuals to handle assignments in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • at least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and/or category management in the field of Outsourcing Management (White & Blue Collar), Facilities Management (Maid Service, Security Guard at Head office, Warehouse, Sortation, Hub), Office Supply and Workplace Service.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Open-minded with a can-do attitude and teamwork spirit.
  • Working knowledge in business/systems processes.
  • Knowledge of contract law will be advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of agency types, processes and basic workings.
  • Results & Process oriented.
  • Able to balance and manage priorities.
  • Able to visit at Sortation (Susakwat 84, Teparak KM. 21 Bangna KM 37,) in some time for meeting or fixing problems.
  • Autonomy, and entrepreneurial self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
  • Confident and able to push back when appropriate, and escalate when needed.
