Job Description

  • Being proactive Medical Thought Leaders (MTL) Planning and Engagement.
  • Having excellent scientific communication and exchange of expert information on company products.
  • Supporting and coordinating to conduct of advisory board meetings, scientific exchange meetings, and medical educational programs.
  • Providing medical information and responding to all physician inquiries and internal inquiries.
  • Providing pivotal trial data and discussing consistency with overall strategy to KOLs.
  • Handling medical communication or engagement with Medical Thought Leaders.
  • A non-promotional role to provide fair, balanced, and scientifically rigorous information to clients alongside the successful delivery of the medical affairs strategic plan.
  • Providing internal training of disease, product profiles, main trials, and related information based on responsible products.
  • Being active and value-adding scientific contributions to cross-functional teams.
  • Support to registration trials, post-marketing trials, and investigator-initiated studies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant clinical research and/or medical affairs in Healthcare industries.
  • Good emotional intelligence.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • Actively responsible, well-organized, conflict resolution, customer service, problem-solving, well-prioritised tasks, and able to work independently.
