Job Description
Our client is focused on disruptive technology development via research and development, accelerator, incubator, and corporate venture-capital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Raising the PR based on the requirement and getting quotations from suppliers.
- Selecting and approving the supplier for maintaining historical price.
- Preparing comparison charts.
- Raising the PO in the Xero System and getting approval from Management.
- Having knowledge of electrical and electronic goods.
- Handling the import duty and/or customs clearance procedures.
- Coordinating with engineers and suppliers to select the right material.
- Being responsible for vendor contract management.
- Performing other admin tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Technically savvy - strong knowledge of standard software applications including MS Office, Google, Email, Google Chrome, and Windows, and possess the skills to quickly learn various software programs and databases.
- Language: Fluency both in English and Thai.
- Flexibility to adapt to frequent change.
- Effective task management skills.
