Our client is a well-known household product (textile).
Responsibilities
- Managing and guiding the QA/QC procedures throughout production to ensure AQI and market quality standards are met.
- Identifying and solving all quality issues during the production process.
- Developing or revising all quality programs as needed.
- Being responsible for all quality documentation for vendors, Licensors, etc. as required.
- Working closely with all internal teams specifically the production manager, training staff and sourcing.
- Resolving production or quality issues proactively.
- Advising and communicating with management on product quality, challenges and revisions needed.
- Ensuring all safety requirements are being followed.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in textile, fabric, and plushie manufacturing.
- A bachelor’s degree in management, business or manufacturing is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in product quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of quality control standards and documentation completion.
- Strong proactive leadership skills with the ability to problem solve.
- Proficiency (spoken and written) in English and Thai preferred.
- Handles changing priorities effectively and efficiently.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple SKUs and complete projects on time.
- Travel may be required.
