We strongly believe in the importance of our people and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Officer & Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in coordinating HR functions and supporting the General Manager in promoting corporate values and culture.

Job Description

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, suggestions, and issues.
  • Assisting in hiring, coaching, and possibly dismissing employees while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion, including business plans and financial data.
  • Supporting the General Manager in ensuring clear communication among staff to avoid misunderstandings.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and assisting in document translation as needed.
  • Coordinating company events and supporting other departments as directed.
  • Ensuring departmental compliance with ISO standards and labour laws.
  • Managing payroll activities and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Assisting foreign staff with immigration compliance.
  • Developing strategies to minimize employee turnover.
  • Assisting in recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions and screening CVs.
  • Conducting employee induction and training sessions.
  • Planning and coordinating general training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management or a related field.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of experience working as an HR generalist, preferably for an international company, reporting to a foreign national.
  • Strong coordination skills with teamwork proclivity
  • Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
  • Confidence in dealing with various stakeholders and senior management.
  • Knowledge in HR, psychology, or law is desirable.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
