Job Description
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, suggestions, and issues.
- Assisting in hiring, coaching, and possibly dismissing employees while maintaining confidentiality.
- Handling sensitive information with discretion, including business plans and financial data.
- Supporting the General Manager in ensuring clear communication among staff to avoid misunderstandings.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and assisting in document translation as needed.
- Coordinating company events and supporting other departments as directed.
- Ensuring departmental compliance with ISO standards and labour laws.
- Managing payroll activities and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
- Assisting foreign staff with immigration compliance.
- Developing strategies to minimize employee turnover.
- Assisting in recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions and screening CVs.
- Conducting employee induction and training sessions.
- Planning and coordinating general training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management or a related field.
- At least 4 - 5 years of experience working as an HR generalist, preferably for an international company, reporting to a foreign national.
- Strong coordination skills with teamwork proclivity
- Previous administrative or HR experience preferred.
- Confidence in dealing with various stakeholders and senior management.
- Knowledge in HR, psychology, or law is desirable.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
