ลูกค้าของเรานั้นใช้เมล็ดกาแฟที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อได้กาแฟที่พรีเมียม ลงตัว และเน้นย้ำเรื่องการบริการที่เอาใจใส่ลูกค้าสุด ๆ ประดุจคนในครอบครัว แต่ราคากาแฟนั้นจับต้องได้ง่ายๆซื้อกินได้ทุกวัน

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• ** สามารถเตรียมและทำ presentation ตอนสัมภาษณ์ได้ **  
• ดูแลความเรียบร้อยภายในสาขาทั้ง 6 สาขาในกรุงเทพ
• ดูแลพนักงาน เช่น จัดตารางการเข้างาน, คำนวนค่าใช้จ่ายภายในร้าน, คำนวนและวางแผนยอดขาย, คำนวนค่าคอมมิชชั่นให้ staff ในสาขา และ อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สร้างและพัฒนากระบวนการการทำงาน และ จัดทำคู่มือในการทำงาน
• เทรนนิ่งพนักงาน - ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
• ดูแล stock สินค้าทั้งเมล็ดกาแฟและพวกขนมปังต่างๆ
• Creating weekly and monthly report.
• เดินทางไปดูแลหน้าร้านตามสาขาต่างๆ อาจจะอาทิตย์ละครั้งถึงสองครั้ง

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• 35-45 years old, Thai only.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and controlling overall Restaurant, Operation Branch > 10 Branch from Chain Restaurant, Chain Cafe' is a must.
• Able to communicate in English both written and basic in speaking.
• Growth mindset, Good attitude, willingness to learn.
• Having a background from the new set up company would be an advantage.
• able to work at the Management level.
• Has own car is would be advantage.
• Able to travel in the Bangkok area.
• Able to work 5 days/week.
