Key Responsibilities

• Handling locally the country cluster's outward credit management, billing, and collection operations.
• Meeting or exceeding cash collection goals and debtor performance benchmarks. reducing DSO year over year and optimizing business cash flow to the greatest.
• Assisting the support team by collaborating with the national business and FiCo to make sure that national strategies and inputs are shared for benefit extraction and setting future courses.
• Enhancing sure that all procedures are completely efficient and offer the most precise guidance throughout the credit management cycle. This is achieved by using levers like charging past-due interest to encourage consistency in performance, meet SLA and KPI targets, and lower collection costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Having a master's degree and a professional accounting qualification is preferable.
• Has experience of more than 5 years of working in the industrial industry with a variety of customers in credit and collection.
• Outstanding comprehension of the industry, preferably with a thorough understanding of billing, HPO OTC, commercial, sales support, and customer service operations.
• Has experience in using SAP.
• Has a good command of English.
