Our client is a leading international sports products manufacturer and retailer.
Main Mission
- Guarantee the availability of finished products and/or components from the customs zone according to the Total Costs and level of contractual service.
Responsibilities
- Managing the Transport, Customs & Logistics matters from/to the production area to improve a profitable supply of the goods.
Job Description
- Manage the transportation & logistic flows of the production area.
- Setting up Supply Chain solutions with forwarders.
- Bring added value in terms of logistics quality control & International Transport Plan.
- Leading each supplier to be autonomous in terms of logistics, transport, and customs matters.
- Building strong SOP & KPIs with the business partners (Supplier, Forwarder, 3PL).
- Monitoring and guaranteeing the best Logistics total costs of the products.
- Working on designing solutions for Flexibility and Reactivity.
- Creating benchmarks for the market and organizing the survey to ensure that flows are safe and optimized.
- Training the business partners & communicate on the Best Practices.
- Managing the economic performance of the area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field.
- At least 2-3 years experience in logistics/ supply chain.
- Like challenges, have a performance culture, sense of duty, sense of initiative and responsibility, and team spirit.
- Internationally mobile and speak English perfectly.
