They're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our center.
Responsibilities
- Acting Center Office and Managing Overall
- Take charge of the day-to-day operations of our co-working space and meeting room facilities.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients.
- Team Management in Customer Service
- Leading and managing the Customer Service team.
- Providing guidance, support, and training to team members to maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Financial Management
- Managing the budget and finances for the office.
- Monitoring expenses, income, and revenue generation, ensuring profitability.
- Issue Resolution and Coordination
- Proactively identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Coordinating with internal teams to address any challenges promptly and effectively.
- Additional Office Tasks
- Providing support for various office-related tasks and projects as needed.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline office processes.
Qualifications
- 27 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Office Management or General Affairs.
- Previous experience in a co-working space or service industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
