Job Description

Our client is a leading global telecommunications solutions provider that has built up product portfolios and services including mobile networks, broadband networks, IP-based networks, optical networks, telecom value-added services, and terminals.

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the order fulfilment business management, including catering to customers with service, accepting and processing service orders, and coordinating with the HQ service team, logistics team, and R&D to follow the material, production, shipping, customs clearance and local logistics. 
  • Managing warehouse and service centre stock level, ensuring the customer demand is supplied on time, and avoiding stock risk. 
  • Monitoring the stock status, analysing and controlling the inventory of spare parts to keep it at an optimum level, promoting the obsolete stock to be cleared up, ensure the inventory turnover can achieve the target.
  • Handling Supplier Management can set up effective KPIs to lead warehouse and service centres to improve their operation and achieve our business goal.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years above relevant experience in service, be familiar with spare parts, order fulfilment, logistics and so on.
  • Be familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs.
  • Good communication in English and Chinese.
