They are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Workplace Solution & Design Admin (1 Year Contract).
Job Description
- Working on the bank branch decoration construction project, the Office of the Auditor of the said head office.
- Being the receptionist and taking minutes of project meetings, bidding, and weekly follow-up meetings.
- Receiving billing from there and coordinating PM, project supervisor, and writer on billing documents and work control system.
- Accessing and collecting project documents such as project approval letters, construction contract thorns, contract ending thorns for each project, and control sheet recording (money spending for each project).
- Being responsible for other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Female (24 - 40 years old).
- Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
- 2-3 years of work experience in construction, procurement-hiring, accounting, coordinating with contractors, or preparing project documents.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Have good human relations.
- Able to work well as a team.
