Engineering Manager Base at Samutsakorn

Our client is a beverage manufacturing company using organic products. They are looking for suitable candidate for the position of Engineering Manager

Key responsibilities

• Ensure engineering activities are complied with applicable standard. Develop team capability and competencies.
• Manage effective Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply.
• Manage the service level of maintenance improvement program.
• Manage and control Maintenance and Repair costs.
• Manage maintenance for food safety program.

Manage energy conservation program to achieve target.

• Manage engineering team to execute CAPEX within Budget, Scope, and Delivery on time.
• Drive continuous improvement program and delivery company enablers as per target.
• Support and manage Safety program.

Accountability

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering degree in Engineering –

Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in engineering management of manufacturing plant. (Experiences in food industry, FMCG is advantage)
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Good computer literature in Microsoft office and engineering related software.
• Good in English communication. (Writing, reading, and speaking)
