RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with client lists to provide basic information about outsourcing services for businesses.
- Supporting the sales process via telephone, Line, and email to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Negotiating and discussing service terms with clients.
- Coordinating with internal and external departments.
- Supporting the sales team with selling processes, such as seeking potential jobs through cold calls to clients.
- Using sales, business development, marketing techniques, and networking to attract business from client companies.
- Being responsible for general administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or client outreach, particularly in setting appointments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
