Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Acting as a translator on business trips for Chinese/Taiwanese customers, with the ability to travel abroad.
- Assisting customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Accurately entering and updating customer information in the database.
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs to offer suitable solutions.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Staying updated on product changes and updates.
- Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Striving to exceed customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gathering customer feedback and relaying insights to improve products and services.
- Arranging travel, including booking flights, applying for visas, hotel bookings, and other related processes.
- Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge to ensure consistent and exceptional customer support.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Customer Service and Sales Support role within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to speak Chinese (HSK5) and fluency in English.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel abroad for business trips.
