Job Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing high-rise and large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Managing and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives efficiently.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans, risk management protocols, and project execution strategies to optimize performance and minimize disruptions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry best practices while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in high-rise and large-scale building projects.
- A proven track record in project leadership, budget management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate as required.
