Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the billing process to ensure that invoices are raised in a timely and accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs.
  • Monitoring monthly cost developments to actively drive the achievement of profitability targets and providing feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with cost development.
  • Communicating with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment-related disputes on time to enable timely cash collection.
  • Reviewing the commercial terms and conditions of contracts and ad hoc offers being sent out from Customer Service to customers.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to HQ, local management, CS HOF, and CS Head.
  • Maintaining clean books and records following IFRS and local accounting guidelines.
  • Liaising with auditors during statutory audits.
  • Reporting key financial data (both forecast and actual) in global CS tools monthly.
  • Supporting the full budgeting/forecasting process for orders, revenue, gross profit, and FTE.
  • Performing variance analysis to identify the root causes for positive or negative deviations in KPIs and providing meaningful commentary to local/regional/zone management, CS HOF, and CS Head in the country.
  • Continuously developing to adapt to financial accounting changes and developing the necessary skills needed in the age of digitalization.
  • Continuously working on efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar finance operational role with exposure to internal management and customers in negotiation settings.
  • Experience in the field of maintenance services within the healthcare industry, particularly in medical technology or digital health solutions, is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Thai, both verbal and written.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to understand complex situations quickly and explain them to others.
