Job Description:
- Creating trade strategies and communicating them to the Marketing team.
- Considering trade and sales promotions to achieve MT & TT channels targets.
- Driving brand awareness across various categories and products.
- Developing new channel distributors for products.
- Attending and presenting at trade shows and events on behalf of the business.
- Coordinating the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content.
- Managing and motivating a team of trade marketing executives.
- Performing data analysis for business improvement.
- Preparing sales forecasts reflecting market demand.
Skills Requirements:
- Understanding consumer needs and behavior.
- Strong analytical ability, including analyzing data and developing insights.
- 3 years of experience in food and beverage at the management level.
- Strong planning, budgetary, and conceptual skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and trade marketing is an advantage.
- Good business awareness, including knowledge of external markets and competitor positions.
