KEY Responsibilities

  • Delivering Tier 1 support at the manufacturing sites and APAC Service Desk.
  • Ensuring that APAC IT policies, processes, and procedures are followed.
  • Actively participating in improving the ITSM processes.
  • Taking ownership of all tickets from the Service Desk.
  • Ensuring SLA compliance and taking action when a breach is imminent.
  • Providing user training.
  • Participating in development projects, roll-outs, implementation projects, and User Acceptance Tests when necessary.
  • Escalating incidents and requests that cannot be solved within agreed SLAs or responsibilities.
  • Following up and closing tickets according to standard working procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of Service Desk or IT Support experience.
  • Experience working in and knowledge of an IT support process.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft server software and related server management tools.
  • ITIL Foundation v4 Certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills in both local language and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work at the location in Bangplee, Samutprakarn.
