Job Description

  • Developing and spearheading strategic planning and marketing plans for assigned products, ensuring successful rollouts and implementation.
  • Creating appropriate promotional materials to support the field force in their communication, following internal guidelines.
  • Leading new product launches for therapeutic and consumer healthcare products.
  • Supporting the enlistment of products into the Hospital Formulary List/SDL through close collaboration with the sales team.
  • Managing inventory by working with the supply chain to ensure proper planning of supply.
  • Providing product training to the field force and supporting them in their promotional messaging.
  • Assessing the need for obtaining market data through market research to develop marketing plans and monitor the progress of products.
  • Monitoring competitors' developments and devising counter strategies to prevent the erosion of market share.
  • Developing KOLs and brand advocates for new and established products.
  • Managing events, including organizing and coordinating conferences, workshops, and large-scale events.
  • Managing vendors/agencies, including digital, advertising, media, and creative agencies, to maximize their contribution to promotional strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of experience in consumer healthcare product marketing management, OTC channels.
  • Excellent working knowledge of OTC and MT channels.
  • Good command of English.
