Responsibilities:
- Participating in channel analysis, developing channel planning, contributing to channel margin design, reviewing relevant financial terms based on actual situations, and designing channel incentive solutions.
- Managing channel AR and AP, and designing financing solutions as required.
- Managing the input and output of incentive resources and establishing baselines for future reference.
- Designing incentive settlement solutions and managing channel settlement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of finance experience in the consumer goods domain, familiar with the processes and operations of the company's business domain, and possessing risk sensitivity and data analysis capabilities.
- Proficiency in communication in English or Chinese.
- Positive thinking and strong coordination skills.
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
