Responsibilities:
- Managing offline retail operations with a focus on new product launches and sustainability, including planning for coverage, display, training for the field force, retail marketing, and promotion strategies. Overseeing implementation and execution to support shops in achieving sales targets.
- Aligning positively with RHQ (APAC) and HQ (China) in delivering future retail strategies and plans, maintaining effective communication within the team.
- Monitoring and managing the country’s retail budget for retail materials and events.
- Supporting the Retail Director in other related matters.
Qualifications:
- Over 3-5 years of work experience in retail management within the electronics industry, with a keen interest in digital products.
- Demonstrating the ability to lead and develop new product retail campaigns through a hands-on project management approach.
- Exhibiting strong analytical, logical, and process management skills, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, passionate and skilled in multitasking, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin communication is highly preferred; well-spoken and written English is required.
