Main Responsibilities:
- Administering and acknowledging customer purchase orders.
- Allocating stock and negotiating with sales teams and customers.
- Selecting appropriate third-party logistics providers for outgoing shipments.
- Updating, analyzing, and distributing customer-provided forecasts monthly.
- Furnishing the respective signed Delivery Requisition forms and Tax Invoices for customs purposes.
- Issuing Delivery Requisition forms, Debit/Credit Requisition notes, quotations in the absence of sales, sales contracts, GRASS forms, and Purchase Requisitions.
- Working: 5 days (WFH)
Qualifications:
- Open to all genders.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service, export coordination, export execution, or a related field.
- Good command of English.
- Strong experience in export.
- Experience as an exporter in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
