Job Description
Our client is a shopping mall and department store, comprising hypermarkets, supermarkets, large retail stores, and convenience stores, operating a retail business of consumer goods in Thailand.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that payments are processed according to internal controls and approval workflows, including verifying payment details and authorizations.
- Communicating with banks and payment service providers to manage payment-related queries and resolve any issues.
- Coordinating with other departments, such as accounts payable and finance, to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve any issues.
- Leading or participating in projects related to treasury operations and systems, supporting the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems.
- Analyzing and managing payment-related costs, including bank fees and transaction charges, to optimize overall payment efficiency.
- Ensuring that payment systems are integrated with other financial systems (e.g., ERP systems) to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Utilizing various payment channels (e.g., bank platforms, payment service providers) to execute transactions efficiently.
- Ensuring that all treasury activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 28-40 years old, Thai nationality.
- A bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Treasury (e.g., payment gateway, coordinating with banks, etc.) in the retail or related industry is required.
- Experience in transaction banking, corporate banking, or corporate treasury is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure, with high responsibility, and possess strong knowledge of treasury functions.
- Proficiency in using Oracle programs is an advantage.
- Good command of English, especially in written communication.
- Strong skills in MS Office, especially in Excel.
- Able to work 5 days a week at the Bungkum area.
