Job Description
Our client specializes in the import, export, and distribution of premium products, accessories, collectables, and souvenirs.
They are currently seeking a qualified Factory Manager to oversee daily operations and support their growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily factory operations, managing the factory budget, and facilitating overall factory efficiency.
- Coordinating with the sales team and management, negotiating terms with international suppliers.
- Monitoring and reporting on factory performance and productivity.
- Creating and implementing processes to support overall factory operations, with a focus on lean processes.
- Providing feedback and support to factory staff to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Male, 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in roles such as Factory Manager, Operations Management, Business Development Executive, General Manager, or other relevant positions in the Gift, Premium Products, or Souvenir industry.
- Experience with OEE, operations management, lean processes, and planning is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
