Job Description

• Sourcing new suppliers for materials and services needed by the company.
• Controlling costs accurately, negotiating for the best price and quality, and balancing production needs with the company’s procurement situation.
• Recruiting required suppliers and maintaining good relationships with them while being responsible for ESG monitoring of suppliers. (ESG: Environment, Social, Governance)
• Building up a local material supply network and directly working with non-Thailand suppliers for purchasing operations.
• Partnering with relevant departments to implement supplier evaluation activities and being responsible for exerting ESG impact on suppliers.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, aged 38-45 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or any related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Thai (reporting directly to a foreign supervisor).
• Familiarity with PCB production processes and technology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
