Job Description:
- Acting as the primary liaison between internal users and external IT vendors to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
- Initiating, planning, and executing new digital transformation projects to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
- Defining project requirements, developing comprehensive plans, and overseeing the implementation of innovative digital solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Evaluating and managing IT vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and support to stakeholders for successfully adopting digital solutions.
- Monitoring project progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing digital projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, software development, and healthcare-specific technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
