Job Description
Our client is a distributor of commercial kitchen equipment, food business tools, and food packaging machines.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing international suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality for packaging or related products.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing suppliers to facilitate purchase orders.
- Supporting other teams with the procurement of spare parts for machines or other products.
- Creating purchase orders (PO) and handling related documentation.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably in skincare, cosmetic packaging, kitchen equipment, electrical appliances, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 preferred).
- Experience in the purchasing process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel to China for site visits or supplier inspections (depending on the case).
