Job Description
Finance Responsibilities:
- Overseeing financial accuracy and reporting, including profit and loss and balance sheet analysis.
- Managing cash flow, forecasting, and fund transfers as needed.
- Approving bank reconciliations and accounts receivable activities.
- Ensuring timely reporting of sales activities and managing accounting to meet department goals.
- Preparing the annual budget and establishing accounting controls.
- Providing financial reports to management and supporting audits.
- Analyzing revenue, and expenditures, and recommending budget adjustments.
HR Responsibilities:
- Managing staffing, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Leading HR communication and initiatives at the company level.
- Identifying training needs and leading internal programs.
- Ensuring compliance with HR practices and local laws.
- Reporting HR KPIs and managing payroll in compliance with local laws.
- Handling ad-hoc HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, HR, or Legal field; CPA is a plus.
- 5-7 years of HR management and business administration experience preferred.
- Experience in senior accounting roles or from a Big 4 is a plus.
- International or industry operational experience is ideal.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel) and collaborative tools.
- Quick to learn new ERP/business software.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Languages:
- Fluent in English; Thai is a plus.
