Job Responsibilities:
- Developing, curating, and managing content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Line.
- Creating and implementing a social media strategy that aligns with business goals, including setting objectives, identifying target audiences, and selecting appropriate platforms.
- Planning and executing social media campaigns, including paid Facebook, Instagram, and Line ads.
- Tracking and analyzing social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other analytics platforms.
- Generating reports to assess campaign performance and providing data-driven insights for future strategies.
- Engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering relationships, and promoting a positive brand image.
- Ensuring all social media content is consistent with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
- Staying updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, adapting strategies to stay competitive and seize new opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, customer service, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall brand communication and product strategies.
- Managing negative publicity or social media crises by developing and executing crisis communication plans.
- Overseeing marketing activities both online and on-the-ground to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborating on channel activities to ensure effective execution of plans.
- Leading all activities of the Media Relations Section, including Paid, Owned, Earned, and Shared media, media event management, news analysis, and crisis communication.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners (media, agencies, KOLs, etc.) to achieve objectives.
- Preparing and analyzing marketing data to inform decisions.
- Managing A&P budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Mentoring and developing team members to understand creativity and media strategies by platform.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in media relations, brand communication, or public relations in the FMCG sector.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills, creativity, and adaptability.
- Established network with media and communication agencies.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in risk and crisis management.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Quick to adapt to new trends, platforms, and tools in the fast-paced social media landscape.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively.
