Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee technology-driven projects that align with our organization's strategic goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Leading cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues proactively to maintain project continuity.
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to regulatory and compliance standards, particularly those relevant to the financial services industry.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders on project management best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with banking operations, compliance requirements, and digital transformation initiatives is highly advantageous.
