Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong market presence.
- Owning the recruitment process, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
- Achieving growth and meeting sales targets.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
- Presenting sales, revenue, and expense reports, along with realistic forecasts, to the management team.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts, staying fully informed about new products and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media sales, with expertise in the out-of-home media sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and dynamic.
- Creative, hardworking, with a proactive attitude and a strong team orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Thai.
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
