Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers.
They are now looking for a suitable candidate for the position of CE Technical Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Providing repair guidance, troubleshooting, installations, and product training for CE products (Air Conditioners, Washers, Refrigerators, and other home appliances).
- Monitoring and controlling KPIs, order pending, and the repair process for CE products.
- Working closely with CE service suppliers and technical engineers.
- Managing, supporting, and improving CE service operations, processes, and policies.
- Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and implementing any necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinating with HQ and teams for product launches, repair guidelines, announcements, and product quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, Service Center Management, or other related roles.
- Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of consumer electronics products.
- Ability to visit customer homes with service centre engineers (1-2 times a week).
- Strong communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for understanding and explaining technical information.
