Job Description
Our client is one of the world's largest electronics manufacturers.
They are now seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Retail Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing events, roadshows, PPP campaigns, Mi Store promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensuring all product launches are ready on time.
- Planning programs (product launches, promotions, in-store activities).
- Monitoring budgets.
- Tracking campaign readiness.
- Designing POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
- Planning premium gifts (new promotions, sustenance, generic promotions).
- Aligning teams (GTM, Marketing, Retail, Sales, etc.).
- Monitoring store coverage.
- Managing suppliers, including purchasing generic POSM, providing guidelines, ordering, designing, and allocation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in marketing within a retail-related business.
- A "can-do" attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Excellence in MS Office and presentation skills.
