We are seeking a Head of Internal Audit with over 15 years of experience and expertise in IPO preparation. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of the retail business are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, reviewing, and adjusting the audit plan and operations in alignment with the financial advisor's guidance for the IPO process.
- Leading and managing the internal audit team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing audit processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Providing strategic recommendations to enhance operational and financial efficiency.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Supporting the organization’s IPO preparation, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience in internal and external audit.
- A background in an audit firm is an advantage.
- An understanding of the retail business is a plus.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Experience in IPO preparation is highly desirable.
