Job Overview:
The Internal Audit Manager will play a key role in promoting the development and strengthening of the company's internal control system. This position involves identifying and addressing internal control deficiencies that may hinder the achievement of company goals through internal auditing projects. The role also includes developing and implementing risk management frameworks, improving system processes, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency and management standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Internal Auditing:
Conducting internal audits on specific projects, identifying and assessing internal control risks, and developing action plans to address and mitigate these risks.
Ensuring the implementation of these plans while monitoring their effectiveness.
Identifying the main business risks, assessing their impact, proposing response strategies, and tracking progress. -
Internal Control System Development:
Formulating, improving, and strengthening the company’s internal control system based on audit findings and project outcomes. -
Policy and Procedure Improvement:
Reviewing and providing recommendations to update company policies and procedures to ensure they are robust and risk-free. -
Collaboration and Communication:
Actively communicating with business departments to address and resolve assigned supervisory tasks and cases.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field (CPA qualification is a plus).
- Over 5 years of auditing experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm or in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of internal control processes and audit workflows.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in relevant auditing technologies and techniques.
- In-depth understanding of finance, business, and internal control processes and systems within the company, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in daily work.
- Collaboration Skills: Ability to integrate into business operations, build effective partnerships, and achieve shared audit objectives based on business management needs.
- Financial Sensitivity: Strong ability to interpret key financial metrics and leverage this understanding to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of supply chain, production, and sales business processes.
