Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic plans to expand the Thailand market and drive sales growth.
- Generating innovative ideas for products and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with the product team to create and enhance payment solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local merchants.
- Managing projects and coordinating various promotional activities.
- Leading sales and marketing efforts to achieve team goals.
- Acquiring new merchants to meet KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-payment companies or banking payment channels, particularly in the cross-border industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial negotiation, communication, and execution skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and optimistic personality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently, take on challenges, and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Having an established client network is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local policy environments, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Relevant experience in the payment industry.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
