Job Description
- Liaising with customers to gather job specifications and qualifications.
- Managing and planning recruitment processes to meet clients' recruitment timeline requirements.
- Searching for qualified candidates based on customers' requirements.
- Handling recruitment assignments, including screening applications, interviewing candidates, and selecting candidates according to customers' needs.
- Acting as a Consultant by advising, negotiating, and providing information to both candidates and clients.
- Handling various administrative tasks as assigned.
- Achieving recruitment KPIs and targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Knowledge or interest in IT technologies and trends.
- A can-do attitude (a must).
- Strong self-management skills and proactive work approach.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks to meet deadlines.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 400 or above).
