Job Description
- Assisting the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks, including organizing meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files and documentation.
- Developing impactful presentations and reports for the Head of Marketing using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to collect and organize information and materials for presentations and reports.
- Providing comprehensive support to the marketing team as required.
- Monitoring and addressing inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Personal Assistant role within a mid-size or large company.
- Proven track record in administrative support roles, ideally in marketing or advertising settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
- High accuracy in preparing presentations and reports.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
