Job Description

Our client is a leading exclusive dealer of Ferretti Yachts, Riva Yachts, and Pershing Yachts in Thailand.

They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (Ferretti Yachts at Phuket) to join their team.

Job Description:

  • Developing and executing both short- and long-term marketing strategies across online and offline channels to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and drive revenue.
  • Planning and developing overall brand strategies and implementing marketing plans to align with brand direction.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Analyst to develop monthly and yearly sales forecasts, track campaign performance, and identify the highest ROI offers.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them grow their businesses.
  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships that align with the brand’s objectives and can drive mutual growth opportunities.
  • Leading the design of the member journey (combining both online and offline) to increase customer satisfaction, engagement, and spending end-to-end.
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing communications and public relations performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Providing management with monthly reports, summarizing key learnings to identify market potential and lead to marketing actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, marketing management, marketing communications, or a related background from a luxury brand.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales, preferably in luxury brands.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management abilities.
  • Proven experience in team management with a track record of achieving results.
