Job Description
Our client is a property developer who is open to candidates from the health insurance and agent management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing and overseeing corporate and sales activities.
- Managing project budgets and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Preparing event profiles, reports, notices, and memos.
- Tracking progress of marketing events and sponsorships related to the business.
- Leading new business deals, negotiations, and up-selling opportunities.
- Managing and supporting a team of health insurance agents to achieve sales targets and resolve operational issues.
- Acting as a key point of contact for agents and ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of managerial experience, including at least 2 years in managing health insurance agents.
- Strong experience and expertise in new product development, agent management, and training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in business English; knowledge of Chinese would be a plus.
- Willingness to travel and possess own transport.
