Job Description:
- Ensuring all SSHE management-related activities comply with the Owner's and international standards, Thai law, design safety and fire-related regulations, and the site SSHE plan.
- Coordinating with EPC/PMC/CFP to execute the SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) plan and ensuring safe site construction/demolition with no complaint cases.
- Coordinating with the AREA OWNER, PMC, and CFP to provide SSHE support for construction/demolition site activities.
- Performing site SSHE audits, inspections, and follow-ups, and developing daily reports with recommendations for site safety improvements.
- Leading the investigation and analysis of all accidents/incidents and developing investigation reports.
- Participating in the construction SSHE committee/meetings as an SSHE advisor.
- Developing and providing summaries of SSHE performance, standard format reports, and other SSHE-related information/documents weekly/monthly.
- Advising on and reviewing work method statements, JSEA, and risk assessments for construction and demolition work.
- Inspecting fire and safety equipment installations and demolitions to ensure compliance with design.
- Advising on and observing the testing of firewater systems and safety equipment on-site.
- Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings.
- Coordinating with OWNER/PMC/CFP on environmental aspect management based on project requirements (e.g., waste, wastewater, dust, odour issues).
- Coordinating and resolving community issues with OWNER/PMC/CFP.
- Building a "No Harm No Leak" culture, an "All SAFE" culture, and a Stop Work Authority culture, and promoting this mindset among front-line staff and contractors in the field.
Qualification:
- At least 15 years of experience working in refining or petrochemical industries (as a Construction Senior Safety Supervisor or Safety Officer at a professional level) or a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Environment, or a related field.
- Good knowledge, tact, courage, and cooperation abilities are essential.
- Experience in security, safety, and environmental training programs.
- Good physical fitness.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, proactive, and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in report writing in both Thai and English.
