Job Description
Our client is the largest provider of high-quality social sports services.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full AP loop, checking and processing payment documents, and ensuring timely payments.
- Preparing documents and recording information in the accounting system.
- Preparing payment documents and issuing withholding tax, VAT, and related tax forms.
- Reporting input tax and sales tax.
- Preparing a report on outstanding creditors at the end of each month and reconciling with the creditor control account.
- Supporting audits and assisting with month-end closing.
- Coordinating with other teams.
- Handling other assigned tasks.
- Working 6 days a week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, near Ekkachai/Bang Bon.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting only.
- At least 2 years of experience in the full AP loop.
- Proficiency in Excel.
