Job Description:
- Enhancing the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) system for improved efficiency.
- Maintaining the reliability of the RPA system and providing solutions for day-to-day operations.
- Controlling and reviewing Procurement master data for RPA.
- Reviewing SAP and Ariba authorization according to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Enhancing SAP, Ariba, and other procurement software.
- Studying and updating new technologies and market trends for procurement improvements.
- Providing technical expertise to support the integration of process improvements into business practices for Program Delivery, participating in the planning and implementation of improvements.
- Providing technical leadership and support in developing and implementing process standardization throughout the Procurement Process.
- Maintaining process maps, procedures, and related documentation for process improvement initiatives.
- Managing the process to review and approve technical content, process maps, and procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with best practices.
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with subject matter experts, project team members, cross-divisional management, process improvement experts, and consultants.
- Supporting and raising awareness of Procurement process improvement methods and tools through education, information sharing, and the sharing of best practices with managers and colleagues.
- Generating related reports to measure procurement performance (e.g., KPIs, SLAs, etc.).
- Driving, compiling, and consolidating the proper data sets from multiple data sources for accurate spend reporting regularly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in programming, with expertise in programming languages, SQL, RPA, and BI tools.
- New graduates with relevant experience are welcome.
- Proficiency in VBA/VB.NET/RPA/SQL/Power BI or Tableau will be given special consideration.
