Job Description
- Analyzing financial statements, financial information, and other related data, including laws and regulations, to support executive decision-making by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitoring external and internal economic and financial situations for planning and risk management purposes.
- Coordinating the setup and monitoring of financial and accounting KPIs for the Business Unit.
- Coordinating with the accounting department and related parties to collect data, conduct analysis, and prepare managerial accounting reports to support management decision-making, including analyzing the impact of accounting and tax standard adjustments.
- Coordinating with the accounting department and related parties to develop expense/costing reports and using these reports to analyze and compare them with plans and budgets, supporting effective production planning.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to gather and analyze information for research and monitoring macroeconomic trends, including foreign exchange, interest rates, fiscal and monetary policies, as well as the group’s general industry trends.
- Preparing financial and accounting reports for management and the Board of Directors based on the Share Service Level Agreement.
- Reviewing budget performance and identifying opportunities for cost reduction or revenue enhancement.
- Preparing any data necessary to support financial and accounting work.
- Validating the valuation of initiatives, baseline principles, valuation assumptions, and valuation methods, and identifying any overlaps or conflicts of initiatives for MAX/MTPI/Enhancement.
- Reviewing and validating initiatives submitted for TO Finance approval within the agreed time.
- Performing other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or Economics.
- 1-5 years of experience in Business Planning, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Excel.
