Job Description

Our client is a medical equipment company.

Objectives:

As a representative of the company, managing various tasks within the department, such as:

  • Overseeing repair work, maintenance services, rental services, and other support tasks.
  • Managing equipment and tools within the department.
  • Providing support for the company’s various operations.
  • Coordinating and liaising with customers.

Responsibilities:

Managing repair work, inspection services, rental services, and other support tasks:

  • Scheduling appointments with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, or others.
  • Assigning engineers according to the scheduled date and time. If there are any unforeseen circumstances, immediately notify the customer.
  • Explaining the findings from inspections and maintenance to customers in detail.

Managing equipment and tools within the department:

  • Inspecting the condition of tools and equipment to ensure they are in working order.
  • Maintaining organization and cleanliness within the department.

Providing support for the company’s various operations:

  • Assisting with company tasks, including documentation, services, and other operational needs.

Coordinating and liaising with customers:

  • Communicating with customers via phone or at scheduled locations.
  • Assisting customers by providing accurate information.
  • Establishing standards for customer satisfaction in the company’s services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Service Engineer or Service Manager in the medical device business or a related field.
  • Experience managing a team or subordinates.
  • Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possession of a driving license and ability to drive a manual transmission car.
  • Ability to travel for work throughout Thailand (not very frequently).
  • Ability to work at Pak Kred, Nonthaburi.
