Job Description

Our client is a global supplier of industrial components and factory automation (FA) products, specializing in providing configurable components and mechanical parts for manufacturing and assembly automation.

They are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist with Mechanical and Electrical experience to support the expansion of their electrical control products division.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for electrical control products, which will continue to expand in the future.
• Offering technical support through occasional customer visits.

Qualifications

• Strong background in electrical systems with a focus on control products (servo motors, PLC/PC programming).
• Working knowledge of Mechatronics.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechatronics engineering and design or electrical engineering.
• Proven track record in automation system design and optimization.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively.
