Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the daily production operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality electronic components.
• Developing and implementing production schedules, workflows, and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Monitoring equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and coordinating maintenance as needed.
• Leading, training, and motivating the production team to achieve performance targets and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with quality assurance to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Coordinating with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Ability to work 6 days per week.
